Where the exact vehicle becomes unavailable due to operational circumstances, breakdown or another unforeseen event, we reserve the right to provide a suitable alternative vehicle of a similar capacity or specification.

Where a particular facility is advertised or requested, such as air conditioning, audio equipment, toilets, microphones or other equipment, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure it is available and working.

The hirer is responsible for ensuring passengers are ready to board at the agreed departure times.
Drivers' working and driving hours are regulated by law.
The hirer must not request or cause a journey to be operated in a way that would require the driver to breach legal driving-hours, working-time or rest requirements.
Changes to an itinerary may therefore be refused where they could result in a legal breach.
Any additional driver or operational costs caused by changes to the agreed itinerary may be charged to the hirer.

Where such restrictions apply, alcohol must not be carried on the vehicle.
Passengers must comply with all instructions given by the driver and with any legal restrictions applying to the journey.
